How long does Klaviyo migration take?
Most migrations take 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. Simple migrations (Mailchimp, Shopify Email) take 1-2 weeks, while complex migrations (custom ESPs, large data sets) take 4-6 weeks.
Will I lose any data during migration?
Data loss is what the process is designed to prevent: contacts, segments, purchase history, custom properties and templates are exported, imported and then reconciled against the source, with the counts shared with you, before anything goes live.
What happens to my email flows during migration?
We recreate all your existing flows in Klaviyo, often with improvements. Your flows continue running on your old platform until we're ready to switch, ensuring no revenue loss during transition.
How much does Klaviyo migration cost?
Migration services start at $2,500 for basic migrations (up to 25K contacts, 5 flows). Complex migrations with custom integrations cost $5,000-10,000. We provide a detailed quote after the free audit.
Can you migrate from any email platform?
Yes. We migrate from Mailchimp, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, Shopify Email, Constant Contact, and custom ESPs. Each platform has its own quirks, and we have a clear process for handling all of the major ones.
What if I'm unhappy with Klaviyo after migration?
The scope we agree in writing includes a period of fixes after go-live, and you keep full ownership of your Klaviyo account, flows and data. We do not promise a performance increase; we set up reporting so you can see how the new setup performs against the old one.
